Connection + Community

Local Real Estate Development Focused on Residential and Mixed-Use Housing

For three generations, we have made Marin our home. As a local development firm, we choose to invest here within our community.  We create new housing opportunities that share a common philosophy – to compliment the environment and lifestyle of Marin County with quality housing that benefits a diversity of residents and the greater community. We strive to bring greater access and increased vitality to neighborhood amenities and services while preserving the unique beauty of our landscape.

OUR PROJECTS

With two projects in progress and others along the way, we seek to redefine housing opportunities in Marin County. The Neighborhood at Los Gamos is a new neighborhood cluster of multifamily homes in Terra Linda that combines environmentally sensitive design with modern livability. The Residences at 4th and Grand is a high-quality mid-rise rental community in downtown San Rafael which offers an alternative to single family living and has been designed with both resident comfort and environmental impact in mind. Learn more about these projects below.

ABOUT

With a commitment to design excellence, Seagull Prime Real Estate Fund has assembled a local team of prominent architects, planners, and consultants to advance its projects through each phase of the development process. The firm also is deeply embedded in the community, working collaboratively with local organizations and nonprofits to advance housing and economic goals.

IMPACT

In a world where we increasingly engage remotely, the home is an anchor in our lives. Our living experience is naturally tied to the community and influenced by the context of the external environment as much as the personal taste and style of each resident. And, while we know that remote community is here to stay and technology is a useful tool, physically connecting with nature and other people is essential to our well-being.
